Boris Ioganson

Boris Vladimirovich Ioganson also commonly known as B. V. Johanson, was a Russian and Soviet painter and educator. President of the USSR Academy of Arts in 1957-1962 and First Secretary of the Union of Painters of the USSR in 1965-1968.
