Horst Scheffler is a German painter, teacher, and graphic artist. His work has been exhibited as Concrete Art, and Rudolf Arnheim in 1974 wrote of the "particularly modern, teasing dynamics" of his work. Since 1969, Scheffler has lived and worked in Bremen.
