Giulio Cesare Procaccini was an Italian painter and sculptor of the early Baroque era in Milan. He worked with Giovanni Battista Crespi and Pier Francesco Mazzucchelli following the directions of Cardinal Federico Borromeo, patron of the arts and cousin of Charles Borromeo.
