Julia Jacquette is an American artist primarily based in New York City and Amsterdam. She grew up on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Jacquette earned degrees from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. (1986), and Hunter College in New York City (1989–92).
